How much will a coach cost to hire?
Every price we quote is tailored to your exact requirements, we do not have a set price list. To calculate a price, we account for factors such as mileage and time, which is different for every customer. To get a price for your coach, go to ‘Need A Quote’ and click ‘START HERE’.
Will a coach be available when I want it?
Coaches and Drivers are limited and may already be booked out. To check availability, go to ‘Need A Quote’ and click ‘START HERE’.
How many seats in a coach?
We accommodate small and large groups upto a maximum 57 passengers per coach.
We have a Guide joining the coach. Do they have a seat and microphone?
Your Guide can normally use the front crew seat and microphone. Please advise us when you book your coach.
How do I pay for my coach hire booking?
Full payment must be received fourteen days before departure.
What information should I tell my passengers?
Good communication is essential and will help every member of your group enjoy their journey. You should inform your group about the start departure time and critically, the return departure time. The use of seat belts is important and also, instruct members of the group, especially children, to remain seated throughout the journey. A microphone is available on the coach for the Group Organiser.
For the purpose of a risk assessment, we can provide information about emergency evacuation in advance of departure.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please advise us when you book your coach.
Wheel Chairs and Push Chairs
Wheelchairs and push chairs must be folded ready for your driver to load in the lockers. Please advise us when you book your coach if members of your group use motorised wheelchairs.
When I travelled on school trips, there were lots of rules. What do I need to know?
It’s all common sense stuff really. If it moves or roles about - then strap it down. If it will cause a mess or is messy - please put it away. If it causes a distraction - please control it or leave it behind.
